Wagner presents Penn State fMRI research at BTNRH in Omaha, NE

I was awarded the opportunity to present research from the Cognitive Aging and Neuroimaging Lab (CANLab) to researchers at the Boys Town National Research Hospital - East Campus through their "Science Friday" seminar series.

We discussed two research projects I am currently leading under the guidance of Dr. Nancy Dennis in the CANLab at Penn State. As such, the talk was split in half to cover the respective projects:

  1. Taking a closer look at memory accuracy: Exploring how the strength of representational recapitulation may dictate selection of lure rejection strategies.

  2. A high-resolution investigation into the effects of interference on mnemonic similarity within the subfields of the human medial temporal lobe
